　　1.安裝卷軸。

　　1. Install the scroll.

　　根據(jù)詳圖中卷軸的設(shè)計高度，確定活動支撐板在立柱或墻壁上的位置，松開膨脹螺栓的十字準線。

　　According to the design height of the scroll in the detailed drawing, determine the position of the movable support plate on the column or wall, and loosen the crosshair of the expansion bolt.

　　沖孔：用沖擊鉆沖膨脹孔要求鉆頭垂直于氣缸表面。如果個別螺孔碰到鋼筋，不能鉆孔可以適當移動，但不會影響牢固性和外觀。

　　Punching: Use an impact drill to punch the expansion hole, requiring the drill bit to be perpendicular to the surface of the cylinder. If individual screw holes touch the steel bars and cannot be drilled, they can be moved appropriately, but it will not affect the firmness and appearance.

　　2.安裝防火卷簾軸。

　　2. Install the fireproof rolling shutter shaft.

　　卷盤安裝前，先將掛板按一定方向擺好，安裝在卷盤上，然后在掛板上安裝4-6塊窗簾板，卷緊并用鐵絲固定在卷盤上。

　　Before installing the reel, first arrange the hanging board in a certain direction and install it on the reel. Then install 4-6 curtain panels on the hanging board, roll them tightly and fix them on the reel with wire.

　　提起卷軸。安裝時，先將套筒軸承和座的光軸插入卷軸的端孔，對準后擰緊軸承固定螺栓。

　　確定卷簾門兩側(cè)導軌的安裝位置，用錘線釋放導軌基準線，釋放導軌連接器固定螺栓的十字準線，安裝其余連接器。連接器與導軌之間的連接采用點焊，每個連接器與導軌之間的點焊點不小于5點，點焊寬度不小于5 mm，焊縫不應磨損。使用不銹鋼導軌時，焊條采用不銹鋼焊條。

　　Determine the installation position of the guide rails on both sides of the rolling shutter door, release the guide rail reference line with a hammer line, release the crosshair of the fixing bolt of the guide rail connector, and install the remaining connectors. The connection between the connector and the guide rail is made by spot welding, with no less than 5 spot welding points between each connector and the guide rail, and a spot welding width of no less than 5mm. The weld seam should not be worn. When using stainless steel guide rails, stainless steel welding rods are used.

　　4.安裝直支撐板。

　　安裝主動支撐板，預先連接好驅(qū)動支架，焊接在支撐板上，用螺母、彈簧圈、平墊圈擰緊穿過支撐扳手孔的膨脹螺栓，使支撐板垂直于卷筒。支撐板用整個門的重量固定。有些支撐板雖然用膨脹螺栓固定，但不夠穩(wěn)定。為了保證卷簾門的穩(wěn)定性，應增加支撐或加強筋。磚墻上支撐板的現(xiàn)場固定、焊接和固定應使用相對的螺栓。

　　Install the active support plate, pre connect the drive bracket, weld it onto the support plate, and tighten the expansion bolt through the support wrench hole with nuts, spring coils, and flat washers to make the support plate perpendicular to the drum. The support plate is fixed with the weight of the entire door. Some support plates, although fixed with expansion bolts, are not stable enough. To ensure the stability of the rolling shutter door, support or reinforcement bars should be added. The on-site fixation, welding, and fixing of support plates on brick walls should use corresponding bolts.

　　5.安裝窗簾板

　　5. Install curtain panels

　　先松開卷簾上的幾塊簾板，用水平管和直尺檢查卷簾的粗糙度不超過孔高的1/300。如果傾斜度超出公差范圍，找出原因并進行調(diào)整。

　　First, loosen the several curtain panels on the roller blind and use a level tube and ruler to check that the roughness of the roller blind does not exceed 1/300 of the hole height. If the inclination exceeds the tolerance range, identify the cause and make adjustments.

　　利用卷軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)，放上簾板，安裝簾板的底梁。安裝卷簾門簾板時要注意頭部。另外，如果其余的簾板提前放在一起，要特別注意運動，打捆時簾板不要變形。
