要定期檢查： 定期查看門軌、門扇有無變形、卡阻現(xiàn)象，操作按鈕是否良好，按鈕箱門是否可鎖。卷簾門上電控制箱指示信號是否正常，箱體有無受損。開啟按鈕箱門，按下上方(或下方)按鈕，卷簾門應(yīng)上升或下降，如果卷簾門升降與按鈕操作上下不一樣，必須立即停車，調(diào)整電源項(xiàng)序后方可重新操作。在按鈕操作上升(或下降)過程中，操作人員嚴(yán)禁離開現(xiàn)場，操作的同時，要密切注意卷簾門上升(或下降)到一定位置后是否能自動停車。如果卷簾門上升即將出導(dǎo)軌(或下降已到地面)仍不停車，必須待限位裝置修復(fù)(調(diào)整)正常后方可重新操作。

2、當(dāng)電動機(jī)的熱保護(hù)連續(xù)發(fā)生動作時，應(yīng)查明故障來自電動機(jī)還是超負(fù)荷或保護(hù)裝置整定值太低，故障后，方可投入運(yùn)行。 3、應(yīng)保證電動機(jī)在運(yùn)行過程中良好的潤滑。一般的電動機(jī)運(yùn)行5000小時左右，即應(yīng)補(bǔ)充或更換潤滑脂，運(yùn)行中發(fā)現(xiàn)軸承過熱或潤滑變質(zhì)時，液壓及時換潤滑脂。更換潤滑脂時，應(yīng)舊的潤滑油，并有汽油洗凈軸承及軸承蓋的油槽，然后將ZL-3鋰基脂填充軸承內(nèi)外圈之間的空腔的1/2(對2極)及2/3(對4、6、8極)。

4、當(dāng)軸承的壽命終了時，電動機(jī)運(yùn)行的振動及噪聲將明顯增大，檢查軸承的徑向游隙達(dá)到下列值時，即應(yīng)更換軸承。

5、拆卸電動機(jī)時，從軸伸端或非伸端取出轉(zhuǎn)子都可以。如果沒有必要卸下風(fēng)扇，還是從非軸伸端取出轉(zhuǎn)子較為便利，從定子中抽出轉(zhuǎn)子時，應(yīng)防止損壞定子繞組或絕緣。

6、更換繞組時必須記下原繞組的形式，尺寸及匝數(shù)，線規(guī)等，當(dāng)失落了這些數(shù)據(jù)時，應(yīng)向制造廠索取，隨意更改原設(shè)計(jì)繞組，常常使電動機(jī)某項(xiàng)或幾項(xiàng)性能惡化，甚于無法使用。

6. When replacing the winding, the form, size, turns and wire gauge of the original winding must be recorded. When these data are lost, they should be obtained from the manufacturer, and the original designed winding can be changed at will.
